Dr. Arvind Sharma Conducts Surprise Inspection of Rohtak Vita Milk Plant, Sets Milk Collection Target

Haryana’s Cooperative Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma said with the aim of making youth and women self-reliant, a special action plan is being run by the Dairy Federation in the state to establish Vita booths in 10 departments. Under this, 158 Vita booth locations have been marked in 7 districts falling under the scope of Rohtak Vita Plant. 

He instructed the officials to complete the process regarding these locations soon, so that Vita products can be delivered to every home.Dr. Arvind Sharma today conducted a surprise inspection of the Vita Milk Plant located in Rohtak. 

During the inspection, the Cabinet Minister directed plant CEO Jaiveer Yadav to work towards the target of collecting 2 lakh liters of milk from the districts under the purview of the Vita Milk Plant, so that quality Vita products can be prepared. 

Along with reviewing the functioning of the plant, he also directed to increase the monitoring of 155 Vita booths operating in Rohtak, Sonipat, Jhajjar, Bhiwani, Rewari, Mahendragarh and Charkhi Dadri. The Cabinet Minister said special attention should be paid to cleanliness at the Vita booths and product sales should be ensured as per the rules of the Dairy Federation. 

Not only this, he directed to take strict action against Vita booth operators who sell milk products of other companies in addition to the milk products of the Vita plant.Dr. Arvind Sharma appreciated the doubling of lassi and curd sales from the Rohtak Vita plant. 

He instructed the officers and employees to fulfill their responsibilities with full honesty, so that Vita products get continuous promotion through the Dairy Federation. He said the jalebi and samosas made of desi ghee are selling well in the Vita Milk Plant, Rohtak. He also instructed to make ghevar during the monsoon season.
