Brahma Kumaris Mohali Celebrate International Yoga Day at NIPER and CISF

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, hundreds of Brahma Kumaris and Brahma Kumars from Brahma Kumaris Mohali gathered at NIPER Mohali, dressed in white to symbolize purity and peace. The event saw enthusiastic participation from heads of departments, senior scientists, and the Director of NIPER, Dr. Dular Panda.
During the event, four esteemed members were felicitated with mementos for their exceptional service: Rajyogini Prem Lata, In-charge of Rajyoga Centers Mohali-Ropar Circle; Rajyogini Rama, Co-Incharge of Rajyoga Center Mohali-Ropar Circle; BK Meena; and BK Karamchand.
A dedicated yoga session at NIPER included pranayamas, asanas, and light stretching, conducted gracefully by BK Meena, BK Shilpa, and BK Lokesh, promoting physical health and well-being.Rajyogini Rama shared valuable insights on the importance of meditation, emphasizing how it builds inner strength, moral values, and emotional resilience.
She explained how meditation empowers individuals to lead a balanced and peaceful life.The event concluded with a guided meditation session led by Rajyogini Prem Lata, bringing a deep sense of calm and unity among all participants.In a parallel celebration at CISF, Brahma Kumaris Mohali were warmly welcomed by Senior Commandant G. Bhuvnesh Kumar.
On this occasion, Sister BK Suman was honored with a memento for her dedicated service.The CISF Yoga Acharya led a comprehensive yoga session featuring various asanas and pranayams, promoting physical and mental wellness.
Following the session, BK Aditi spoke about the transformative benefits of Rajyoga meditation, highlighting its role in cultivating inner peace and mental clarity. The event concluded with a soul-soothing guided meditation by BK Suman, leaving participants refreshed and spiritually uplifted.
