All consumer complaints resolved in 11 years through toll-free number : Rajesh Nagar

Haryana Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Minister, Sh. Rajesh Nagar said that the department has successfully resolved all consumer complaints received over the past 11 years. He said that from 2014 to February 2025, a total of 76,826 complaints were registered at the State Consumer Helpline, and every single one of them has been resolved. 

State Consumer Helpline is fully committed to addressing the issues faced by the public and works with complete dedication to help consumers across the state.Sharing information in this regard a spokesperson of the department said that the State Consumer Helpline remains open on all working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to assist  and resolve all types of complaints of the consumers of the state.

Spokesperson said that the helpline also provides guidance on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The toll free number for this is: Consumer Complaints: 1800-180-2087, Public Distribution System (PDS): 1967,One Nation One Ration Card: 1800-180-2045, and the toll free number for one nation one ration card for Migrant Workers: 14445
