Harshwardhan Chauhan addresses queries of bidder companies of Bulk Drug Park

While presiding over a meeting of the High Powered Committee of Himachal Pradesh Bulk Drug Park Infrastructure Limited (HPBDPIL) here today, Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan reviewed the actions taken on key decisions in the previous meeting of the Committee.
Himachal Pradesh Bulk Drug Park Infrastructure Limited had floated a tender worth Rs. 287 crore of site development and internal roads. The queries raised by various bidder companies, who attended the meeting virtually, were addressed by the Committee.
It was also decided to extend the timeline for extension of bid submission to 30 May, 2025. The Industries Minister also directed to float the remaining tenders for the development of bulk drug park which includes zero liquid discharge (ZLD) common effluent treatment plant facility, boiler steam generation and distribution system and solid waste management plant soon.
He directed all the stakeholder departments to speed up the work so that this mega project could be completed timely. Director Industries and MD-Cum-CEO of State implementing agency of Bulk Drug Park Dr. Yunus made a detailed presentation indicating recent development related to Bulk Drug Park.
Additional Chief Secretary R.D. Nazeem, MD HPSIDC Rajeshwar Goel, Additional CEO Industries Tilak Raj Sharma and other senior officers of various aligned departments were also present in the meeting.
