In the midst of the war situation in the country, a meeting was held by the SarvdharmSadbhavna Committee at Future Ready Institute VidyaMandir, Shimla Pahari, Hoshiarpur. Addressing the gathering, Hoshiarpur MLA BrahmshankarJhimpa said that members of all religions, sects and all sections of the society stand firmly with the country and the forces fighting on the border in this hour of calamity.
He said that all citizens must also take training in civil defence so that in case of disaster, quick action can be taken to save the lives of the injured. “In such a situation, we should follow all the guidelines of the administration and avoid rumours. A firm and befitting response to the terrorist activities sponsored by Pakistan for the last several years is absolutely necessary in which our armed forces are capable.
