Aseem Goel Heard Public Grievances during District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee Meeting

Kurukshetra : A meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee was held today under the chairmanship of Haryana’s Minister of State for Transport, Sh. Aseem Goel. During the meeting, out of the 15 complaints on the agenda, 10 were resolved on the spot, and the remaining 5 complaints were directed to be resolved by the concerned department officers.
Aseem Goel chaired the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee in Kurukshetra today. While presiding over the meeting, Sh. Aseem Goel stated that this was his first meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee in Kurukshetra.
He emphasized that delivering justice without bias is our responsibility. During the meeting, he heard 15 complaints, out of which 10 were resolved on the spot, and the remaining 5 complaints were instructed to be resolved by the concerned department officers at the earliest.
During the meeting, issues from several departments such as Urban Local Bodies, Development and Panchayats Department, Police, Public Works (Buildings and Roads), Irrigation, Electricity, Health, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, among others, were presented before the minister. He directed the officers of the concerned departments to resolve the remaining complaints in a time bound manner.

हरियाणा के परिवहन, महिला एवं बाल विकास राज्यमंत्री श्री असीम गोयल की अध्यक्षता में आज जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक के दौरान एजेंडे में रखी 15 शिकायतों को सुनते हुए 10 शिकायतों का मौके पर ही निपटान कर दिया और बाकी 5 शिकायतों का भी संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को निपटान करने बारे निर्देश दिए। श्री असीम गोयल आज कुरुक्षेत्र में जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे।
बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए श्री गोयल ने कहा कि जिला लोक संपर्क एवं कष्ट निवारण समिति की कुरुक्षेत्र में उनकी यह पहली बैठक है। बिना पक्षपात के न्याय करना हमारी जिम्मेवारी है। बैठक के दौरान उन्होंने 15 शिकायतें सुनी, जिनमें से 10 का निपटान मौके पर ही कर दिया गया और बाकि 5 शिकायतों का भी संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को निपटान करने बारे निर्देश दिए गए है।
बैठक के दौरान मंत्री के समक्ष शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, विकास एवं पंचायत विभाग,पुलिस, लोक निर्माण (भवन एवं सडकें), सिंचाई, बिजली, स्वास्थ्य, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग सहित अन्य कई विभागों की समस्याएं रखी गई। उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को शेष शिकायतों का समय पर निपटान करने के निर्देश दिए।
