First paid parking facility inaugurated at District Hospital Kishtwar

Kishtwar : Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav, in presence of President Municipal Council and District Hospital authorities, marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of the first Paid Parking Facility within the premises of District Hospital, here today.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of distinguished guests, including President of Municipal Council Kishtwar, Sajjad Ahmed Najjar, Tehsildar Kishtwar, Muneeb Umar, Chief Medical Officer Kishtwar, Dr. M. Y. Mir, Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Kishtwar, Dr. Yudveer Singh Kotwal, Assistant Executive Engineer of PWD, Sanjay Rathore, among other prominent personalities.
This state-of-the-art parking facility has been constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 13.81 Lakhs under the District Capex budget and is designed to accommodate up to 25 vehicles. The facility aims to provide convenient parking solutions for both patients and visitors of District Hospital Kishtwar.
Dr. Devansh Yadav extended his congratulations to the people and hospital authorities for this commendable addition. He emphasized the need for judicious utilization of the facility and urged hospital authorities to explore further opportunities to enhance facilities for the patients and visitors of District Hospital Kishtwar, which serves as the premier healthcare institution in the district.
In addition to the parking facility, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar also inaugurated the Fair Price Medical Shop, relocated near the parking area, and engaged in an interactive session with the shop owner.The inauguration of the Paid Parking Facility and the Medical Shop reflects the commitment of the District Administration to improving amenities and services for the citizens of Kishtwar.
