Kulgam witnesses series of activities at 55 panchayats under B2V4

Kulgam : The visiting Officers of B2V4 in Kulgam held interactions with people at Panchayat Halqas during which they listened their individual and general issues and grievances.During the day, the officers visited various developmental projects in respective areas and took stock of the pace of ongoing works.

The Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat also visited today several panchayats in the district and took stock of arrangements put in place to conduct the programme smoothly in the district and also inspected the activities under B2V4.

On the Occassion, he also interacted with the Visiting Officers and took feed back from them. Visiting Officer Minja Sherpa, Managing Director, JKTDC who is visiting officer at Panchayat Halqa Sangus held interaction with the people and PRIs here at Sangus.

He also participated in a plantation drive here in the village.During the entire programme, locals projected different issues of public importance with visiting officer and demands that the demands may be redressed in a time bound manner.

He also explained to them about the objective and purpose of the ambitious “Back to Village” initiative.
