CGC Jhanjeri Awarded Scholarships Worth Rs. 10 Crore through the Magnanimous CGC JOSH Program

Jhanjeri : Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri launched Scholarships Worth Rs. 10 Crore for the year 2022-23. The Rs. 10 crore program is to run in two stages and hundreds of meritorious students with financially constrained background benefited from it.

CGC Josh updated version has been launched by Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Hon’ble Speaker, Legislative Assembly of Punjab (India) for current undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree in their subject of interest.

Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President of Chandigarh Group of College Said at the moment that Nowadays work and careers have changed significantly, it’s imperative that all continue their learning and growth journey.

He further added that we believe that higher education is one of the most lucrative investments a student can make & any financial hindrance shouldn’t ruin their chances of building a great career.
Therefore, each year CGC Jhanjeri revamps and expands its scholarships so that maximum students can avail benefit in the broadest ways possible. And this year, we have come up with bigger and better scholarship opportunities in the form of CGC JOSH which is now worth 10 Crore.

Launching the program, Arsh Dhaliwal, MD, CGC Jhanjeri informed that during the last session five crore scholarship was awarded, which received overwhelming response with thousands of students appearing to claim the benefit.

The highlighting fact of this program was, students were selected only on the basis of their performance regardless of their place of residence or culture. According to him, education is the backbone of any country.

As part of our Scholarship program, we aim to help pave the road for tomorrow’s creative geniuses. We believe in helping young minds across the country gain access to better education and learning opportunities for a better tomorrow.

With up to 100% funding for tuition fees available for students to join their flexible programs, access to education is dramatically improved for those eligible.Students from UP, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir were awarded that scholarship.

Good quality higher education is the right of every student who is dedicated to his or her studies, but, at times financial conditions come as a bottleneck. Sensing the situation, CGC Jhanjeri launched this program to help the students to shine in the world .
