Pulwama Designer Shahid Rashid got International Collaboration from Puma and Superdry in 4th series of Kashmir fashion show

(Mudasir Maqbool) : Pulwama : A Youth from South Kashmir’s Pulwama district Shahid Rashid Bhat designer finally got into international collaboration with Puma and Superdry for the 4th series of Kashmir fashion show held at City Mall in summer capital Srinagar.

Special Hands of Kashmir, speciallyabled group who work for themselves for soft handicraft of Kashmir showcased their collection as well just because of the initiative taken by Kamran Bashir, Abhi Hussian & Shahid Rashid Bhat for series 4.

Ethinic Designer like Haya Ghar Royal Tailors, Dreamz Collection Barbarshah, Pakeeza, Srb Style by Shahid also showcased the collection as well.Talking to medai shahid said, I have been always concerned about my own tradition and culture, I have always tried to amalgamate our own culture along with modern twist, to create space for our products in global market.

Kashmir Fashion Show is simply an initiative to bring our artisans, fashion entrepreneurs, handloom and handicraft sector together.Talking to shahid, i have studied Master’s in Craft Management and Entrepreneurship,so it is obviously my duty to look for my own craft culture, to give new heights to my whole craft sector through such kind of shows, no matter what people think or perceive about it.
