Chandigarh : BJP General Secretary Amit Jindal has apprised Congress candidate Manish Tewari about a historical fact of his party and requested him to share it on his social media account. He said it seems Tewariji likes BJP’s press notes very much, that is why he has uploaded it on X on April 18 at 8:30 pm.
Jindal said the Congress is the oldest political party in the country, it does not mean that it should blame others. BJP General Secretary said that is why I am presenting a historical fact. Addressing the Congress candidate, Jindal said do Manish Tewari ji remember the decision of Allahabad High Court on June 12, 1975 or whether he has forgotten it.
He said on the same date, the mother of the Congress (I) party, Indira Gandhi, was found guilty of election irregularities. Then, the country was shaken by the petition filed by socialist leader Rajnarayan ji challenging the election of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi from Rae Bareli. And its order was out on June 12, 1975.
“Manish Tiwariji, if you have forgotten, then ask the senior Congress leader of your party, because then Mrs Gandhi herself was summoned to the court room and she was also present there. भाजपा के प्रदेश महामंत्री अमित जिंदल ने चंडीगढ़ से कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी मनीष तिवारी को उनकी पार्टी के एक ऐतिहासिक तथ्य से अवगत कराते हुए निवेदन किया है कि वह इसे अपने सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट पर साझा करें। उन्होंने कहा कि लगता है तिवारी जी को भाजपा के प्रेसनोट ज्यादा अच्छे लगते हैं,इसलिए उन्होंने 18 अप्रैल रात साढ़े आठ बजे एक्स पर अपलोड किया है।
भाजपा प्रदेश महामंत्री ने कहा कि कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी मनीष तिवारी आज के इस ऐतिहासिक तथ्य को भी अगर एक्स पर साझा करे तो इतिहास में रुचि रखने वालों पर खासी मेहरबानी होगी। जिंदल ने कहा कि कांग्रेस देश की सबसे पुरानी राजनीतिक पार्टी है,इसका मतलब यह नहीं की वह किसी का ठिकरा दूसरों के सिर फोड़े।भाजपा महामंत्री ने कहा कि इसी लिए मैं एक ऐतिहासिक तथ्य पेश कर रहा हूं।
कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी से संवाद के रुप में जिंदल ने कहा कि 12 जून, 1975 को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट का फैसला तो याद होगा ना मनीष तिवारी जी या भूल गए। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी तारीख को कांग्रेस (आई)पार्टी की माता यानी श्रीमती इंदिरा गांधी चुनाव में गड़बड़ी की दोषी करार दी गई थी।तब सोशलिस्ट नेता राजनारायण जी द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी जी के रायबरेली से चुनाव को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर देश को हिला देने वाला महत्वपूर्ण फैसला 12 जून 1975 को आया था।
मनीष तिवारी जी आप भूल गए तो अपनी पार्टी के बुजुर्गवार कांग्रेस नेता से पूछे,क्योंकि तब खुद श्रीमती गांधी कोर्ट रूम में तलब की गई थी और वे वहां उपस्थित भी हुईं थी। मनीष जी देश का युवा और भावी पीढ़ी के लिए यह केस स्टडी योग्य है,क्योंकि भाजपा पर असहिष्णु,तानाशाही और अनाप शनाप आरोप लगाने वाली कांग्रेस की दिग्गज नेत्री श्रीमती इंदिरा गांधी को चुनावी गड़बड़ी कराने का दोषी करार देते हुए जस्टिस जगमोहनलाल ने रायबरेली सीट का चुनाव रद्द करने के साथ साथ अगले छह वर्ष तक किसी भी संवैधानिक पद के लिए अयोग्य घोषित किया था।
भाजपा प्रदेश महामंत्री ने कहा कि आज करीब 50 साल पुराना कांग्रेस का काला अध्याय इसलिए खोल रहा हूं,क्योंकि दो संसदीय क्षेत्रों की जनता को भगवान भरोसे छोड़ कर भागे कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी मनीष तिवारी जी अब चंडीगढ़ की सेवा करना चाहते हैं। भाजपा ने जब उनसे लुधियाना और आनंदपुर साहिब संसदीय क्षेत्र की जनता के दर्द का हिसाब मांगा जा रहा है तो उन्हें संविधान के अनुच्छेद 142 की शक्तियां याद आ रही है।
जिंदल ने कहा कि भाजपा संविधान और देश की न्याय व्यवस्था का पूरा सम्मान करती है। अगर कोई गलती करेगा तो उसका भुगतान भी करना होगा। संविधान से बड़ा कोई नहीं। कोई अगर इसकी अवमानना करता है तो न्यायसंगत कार्रवाई की हिमायती भाजपा सदैव रही है। मगर मनीष तिवारी जी आप जिस राजनीतिक दल से आते हैं,शायद उसके कारनामों को आप जानबूझ कर भूल रहे हैं।
