Chandigarh: Haryana Home Minister, Anil Vij said that “he is available to redress the grievances of the people”. In this episode, he instructed the officers that “the problems of the people should be resolved with immediate effect so that the people can get relief”.Sh. Vij was redressing the grievances of the people who came from different districts of the state at his residence today. Today, more than 150 grievances gave to the Home Minister by the people, who came from different districts of state, for which he directed the concerned officers to redressed these.Today at his residence, Jatindra of the ambala city demanded action in the matter of quarrel. On this, Minister Vij directed the SP to take action. Similarly, Tejinder, a resident of Housing Board Colony, Karnal, complained that action was not being taken in the assault case registered by him, on which the SP, Karnal was instructed to take action, while Priyanka of Ambala City gave a complaint to him in the case of intimidation. Pipli resident Sandeep Kumar told in his complaint that he was cheated in the name of purchase of plot of Haryana Urban Authority, on which action was demanded. To resolve these complaints, the Home Minister directed the concerned SPs to take action.

Similarly, Shankar Bhagwan, a resident of Kurukshetra, complained about the lack of police action in the theft case, while Yamunanagar resident Ranjit Singh demanded an inquiry into the case registered earlier, while Jagadhri resident Shamim complained about the non-arrest of the accused before the Home Minister. The operators of Ambala Mercy Home at Kalaheri put the complaint of wrong electricity bill in front of the Home Minister Sh. Vij. Rajindra Kumar, a resident of Gharaunda, said in the complaint that a fraud of Rs 20 lakh has been made in the name of sending him abroad. In these cases also, instructions were given by Home Minister Vij to take action.Similarly, Shamsher Singh, Joginder Singh, Surjit Singh and others, who came from village Panjokhara Sahib, complained to the Home Minister about the occupation in the street of the village, on which Minister Vij directed the Deputy Commissioner to take action. Apart from this, many complaints were heard by Home Minister Vij and instructed the officers for redressing. Officers and officials of various departments were present on the occasion.
