Shimla : Former Principal Secretary Law Yashwant Singh took oath as Member (Law) of Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (HPERC) in the presence of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur here today.Chief Secretary Anil Khachi was also present on the occasion.
