Pulwama : Kashmir was once a hot seat for Bollywood directors for shooting due to picturesque and its natural beauty.once again the situation in kashmir is far better than past some year’s Bollywood are echoed again in valley.
After salman khan and other stars shooted thier movies in valley currently mega superstar Shahrukh Khan is busy in shooting for (Dunky).On Thursday, Shah Rukh Khan shot for the film near Panzgam Railway station at Pulwama.
This is perhaps the first time that Pulwama village has been chosen for a film shoot and that too for an SRK movie.After the news floated on social media that SRK is shooted for Dunky Movie in Pulwama people thronged to Panzgam to see the superstar.
During this time, strict security arrangements were made for smooth shooting of the picture.The actor had shot for Dinky in Sonmarg for the past few daysTalking to people said, It is famous superstar and they come here for to see him and entertainment .
While on the one hand, the number of tourists is increasing every year, on the other hand, shooting of Bollywood is taking place in many areas of the valley these days due to which the tourism sector is getting a boost also.
People of Pulwama expressed happiness as for the first time a Bollywood film was shot in Pulwama. Local people say it will boost other areas in Pulwama district to be put on the tourist map
Meanwhile, a local resident said, that the youth of Kashmir Valley are fond of modeling and acting and such activities will give them encouragement.They said, that shooting of Shahrukh Khan’s film in Pulwama is a matter of pride and are very happy with this initiative of Bollywood and they want steps to be taken to bring the tourist spots of the district on the tourist map so that the tourism sector of the district can be promoted.
It should be noted that actor Shah Rukh Khan visited Kashmir again after 12 years of shooting for the film “Jab Tak Hai Jaan”. The lead actress in movie is Taapsee Pannu and the film is being directed by Rajkumar Hirani.
