Fresher parties at various schools of RBU

Mohali : University School of Sciences of Rayat Bahra University, organized a Fresher cum Farewell party, `Fusion Fiesta 2023’. It was a fun filled programme in which the students participated enthusiastically.
Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra was the Chief Guest at the function. In his address, he counseled the students to dream big to get success in life. He said the students must use knowledge and wisdom for self-improvement. He also extended his warm wishes to the outgoing students.
Vice-Chancellor Dr Parvinder Singh wished the outgoing student’s success in their future endeavours. Dr Manoj Bali, Dean of USS, appreciated the efforts put in by the students as well as faculty in organizing the event. Dr Simerjit Kaur, Dean of Student Welfare, wished luck to the outgoing batch in their future endeavors.
The Department of Computer Applications of the University School of Management Studies (USMS) of Rayat Bahra University organized `Fresher’s Glorious Eve & Adieu’. Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Vice-Chancellor Dr Paŕvinder Singh and Dean Dr Ajay Sharma, Head of Department Anita Goyal and all dignitaries gave away awards for the “Best Placements & Best Academics”.
The University School of Agriculture Sciences organized a fresher and farewell party “UMANG- 2023”. Over Approximately 130 students participated in the programme with great enthusiasm. The School of Social Sciences and Education organized a fresher and farewell party.Dr Inderpreet kaur Dean school of social sciences shared that Parvinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor, inaugurated the event.
Modeling, bhangra, giddah and other items were appreciated by the audience.
