Punjab Government is committed to encourage the Youth of the State in Sports and to activate the Youth Clubs : Sukhwinder Singh Bindra

Ludhiana : To encourage and nurture Youth of the State towards sports today on 09/12/2020 a meeting was held in the Chairmanship of Er. Sukhwinder Singh Bindra, Chairperson Punjab Youth Development Board (Govt. of Punjab) at SCD Govt. College (Boys), Ludhiana. The main objective of this meeting was to follow up all the active Youth Clubs in the State and distribute Sports Kits to them in future so that interest in sports would be created among the Youth of the State. During the meeting, Chairperson Er. Bindra also interacted with Ludhiana District Youth Clubs, Red Ribbon Clubs and NSS Units, briefed them on Youth related Schemes and answered their queries.Chairperson Er. Sukhwinder Singh Bindra while addressing the problems of the Youth and giving them sound corrections said that the Hon’ble Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh who has entrusted him with the charge of Punjab Youth Development Board would carry out his duties diligently under his able guidance and direction. Chairperson Er. Sukhwinder Singh Bindra said that he stood by the Youth of the entire State.Chairperson Er. Sukhwinder Singh Bindra while talking about visiting all the Districts of the State to encourage the Youth towards Sports said that he promised to take the district starting from Mohali to Ludhiana, Shri Fatehgarh Sahib and Amritsar. In this meeting, Dr. Kamaljit Singh Sidhu, Deputy Director, Head Office, Department of Youth Services, Chandigarh, Sh. Davinder Singh Lotte, Assistant Director, District Office, Department of Youth Services, Ludhiana and Sh. Ravinder Singh, District Sports Officers, Ludhiana were present.
